Tänään oli yllättävän kirkas päivä. Oikeastaan hiukan ihmettelin, että valoisaa oli niinkin pitkään. Tietysti olemme etelässä, mutta silti muistin pimeän pimeämmäksi. Iloinen yllätys siis!---
Today we had a surprisingly bright day. I was a little amazed. Obviously we are "in the South," but I remembered the darkness to be darker than this at this time of the year. A kind of positive surprise I would say!
